Objectives

Drive sales of Manulife Bank mortgage products, including Manulife One and Manulife Select. Improve cost-efficiency and conversion attribution. Build brand awareness.

Strategy

Create fully integrated direct response campaigns for Manulife One and Manulife Select (English and French). These included short-form DRTV, direct response media buys, integrated search marketing and display campaigns, DR Digital media buys, plus website conversion optimization.

Results

Increased lead volume and efficiency. Year-over-year increase in qualified search traffic. Decrease in bounce rate and increase in time on site. Streamlined attribution with increased lead volume and efficiency.
